Position Overview
Crystal Mountain Hotels is seeking a HSKP Lead for our site located just six miles from the White River Entrance to the Mt. Ranier National Park.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspects all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair
- Provides efficient and objective feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within the housekeeping department
- Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including nametag and designated PPE
- Trains associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis. Identifies associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retrain them appropriately. Completes accident investigations and take steps to prevent future accidents
- Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning
- Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift
- Perform opening and closing shift duties
- Notifies maintenance department of maintenance repairs necessary
- Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Housekeeping leadership experience preferred
- High School Diploma/GED
